Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Cinnamon & Honey Dip

This is a great recipe to keep the flavor high while keeping the healthiness high! It’s a great after workout snack as it’s healthy and filling with a ton of protein.

Also great for school snacks! Great to eat with apple, banana or any fruit!

  • ½ Cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. Natural Peanut Butter (can also use almond or cashew butter)
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs. local honey


  1.  Combine ingredients! That’s it! Enjoy!!!
