Low Carb Pizza Casserole


  • 2 lb. Italian sausage 
  • Turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) package fresh mushrooms
  • Any other veggies or toppings you like on your pizza
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Dice green pepper, onion and mushrooms
  2. Add veggies and sausage to pan.  Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder.  Cook until meat and veggies are tender.  Drain
  3. In 9x13 pan, layer meat and veggie mixture, sauce, cheese and pepperoni.  Repeat layers.
  4. Cook on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
