Ryan Calhoun January 2, 2017 Recipes Recipe of the Week Ryan Calhoun January 2, 2017 Recipes Shepard’s Pie2 lb. organic grass fed ground beef1 small can organic beef broth½ cup chopped onion½ cup chopped celery½ cup chopped bell pepper1 cup mushrooms, sliced1 package frozen mixed vegetablesMashed Faux-TatoesSalt and pepper to tasteGarlic powder or any herbs you likeDirections: Brown beef with onion and celery. Add mushrooms, and cook for five minutes. Add the other veggies. Cook for a few minutes, and add a little beef broth (not the whole can). Thicken with some arrowroot or cornstartch.Put in a 9x13 baking dish and top with mashed faux-tatoes (click here for recipe).Bake for thirty minutes and 350 degrees, and dig in!
