Avocado Ranch Dressing

  • ½ Large Avocado
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or vegenaise (healthier alternative that can be bought at Ingles or Bi-Lo in the produce section)
  • 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Chives
  • 2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1tsp. Fresh Dill
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper


  1. In a large mixing bowl, fork mash the avocado. To the bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, parsley, chives, apple cider vinegar, dill, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
